ROLES OF DSSD COORDINATING OFFICE:

To sustain Co-operation, resolve conflicts and management change.

To ensure the strategic direction, that is, mission fulfillment.

The stewardship of the programs’ finances.

To oversee all the programs’ activities.

Ensuring that programmes/projects are transparent and accountable to the public, beneficiaries, and donors.

Monitoring overall performance and progress of programmes/projects as they seek to achieve their aims and objectives. (M&E). 

Acting as an official link between programmes/projects and other stakeholders within and outside Fort Portal Diocese. (Coordination and Networking).

Recommending to the Board of Director's measures that will enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the programmes/projects as sustainable and self-accounting entities. 

The core office staff include; The director, The programs’ coordinator, The Gender officer, the M & E officer, Justice and Peace Coordinator, the Financial Controller, the Secretary and office attendant.
